Assistant manager - Our restaurant are more than just places to eat – it’s a place where people come to enjoy time with their loved ones and experience new worlds of flavor and taste. You’ll be the sort of manager whose sky-high standards of service makes them want to come back again and again. You and your brilliant team will always be ready to respond quickly to requests, and your dedication to promotional activities will be total. From reviewing shifts to running meetings to controlling a wide range of financial matters, every aspect of the day-to-day running of the restaurant will be your responsibility and your passion.
Waiter/Waitress - Outgoing, friendly and fun – more than anyone, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, and when you join us in table waiting you’ll live the brand. Delivering our great food and drink with pleasure and enthusiasm, you’ll know everything there is to know about the menu, and be ready to anticipate questions with thoughtful suggestions. Capable of dealing with any issues that arise with tact and diplomacy, your aim will be to deliver service that puts the guest first and gives them more than they expect – every time. We’ll also look to you to handle all cash and payments with great care, and it goes without saying that you’ll follow all our hygiene, health and safety procedures to the letter.
Sous Sushi Chef - You know the score – as a Sous Chef you’ve got awesome responsibilities. Because when the Head Chef’s dealing with important issues, the kitchen is yours. So you’ll know all there is to know about our menu, sourcing ingredients, budgets, waste disposal, safety and hygiene. And as we’ll expect you to help with the management of a large and enthusiastic team, you’ll be a brilliantly supportive colleague. This means you’ll be ready to give new starters all the help they need while helping more senior members achieve their full potential. And you should also be ready to work with your Management Team to respond to guest feedback and develop efficient new ways of working.
